Terms of use
Last updated 21 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms of use apply to www.semisuite.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Semi Suite (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. What the Site is for
The Site describes the Semi Suite product and lets you request a demo or get in touch. Nothing on the Site is an offer to contract: any subscription to Semi Suite is set out in a separate written agreement between us and your organisation, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the servers it runs on, or the Semi Suite application;
- introduce malware, scrape the Site automatically, or interfere with its operation;
- submit demo requests or messages that are false, misleading or on behalf of someone else without their permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, product screenshots and the Semi Suite name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference; you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep the Site accurate, but the product evolves quickly and screens, features and figures shown are illustrative. Content on the Site is provided for general information only and shouldn't be relied on as advice. We may change or remove content at any time.
6. Links to other sites
Where the Site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it.
7. Liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data collected through the Site is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or the Site.
