Who is Semi Suite for?
Independent electronic component distributors: the teams sourcing obsolete, allocated, EOL and hard-to-find parts for OEMs and EMS companies. If your day is RFQs, vendor chasing, quotes and purchase orders, it's built for you.
What does it cost?
We don't publish pricing yet. It's priced per user and agreed after the demo, once we've seen how your team works. Book a demo and we'll talk it through.
How long does it take to get set up?
A day, typically. Your customers, vendors and open RFQs come in first, and BOMs import straight from Excel or CSV. We onboard you hands-on. It isn't a link and a manual.
Can procurement see our margins?
No. Access is role-based. Procurement sees what you pay a vendor so they can source and chase; they never see your sell price, margin or gross profit. Directors and owners see everything.
Do we still need spreadsheets?
No. Quotes are built and priced in the app, orders carry their own line-level profit, and reporting is live, with CSV export for your accounts package or the board.
Does it handle inspection and traceability?
Every order carries an inspection record: CoC reference, in-house and third-party test, re-bake, photos and attachments, and a pass or fail with who signed it off. Outbound shipment waits for it. It doesn't replace your AS6081 or ISO process, it gives it a record to point at.
Does it handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Buy in USD, sell in GBP or EUR, with the rate locked on the quote so the margin you see is the margin you get.
Do you check vendors against ERAI?
We don't run the check for you. We give you a field to record it, and a supplier score built from how each vendor actually performs, so your approved vendor list stays honest.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
Semi Suite is cloud-hosted, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up. Your organisation's data belongs to you: we don't sell it, share it, or use it to train anything. Access inside your team is governed by the roles you assign.
Is there a mobile app?
It runs in the browser on any device, so there's nothing to install. Most teams use it on a laptop and check it from a phone.
